Susan Penzner
has been active in Soho, Tribeca, and Chelsea since 1978. Susan Penzner Real Estate has been at 84 Wooster Street since 1993. Since then, we have worked to preserve the buildings and the character of the neighborhood. Our contacts with artists, gallery owners, and the film and fashion community provide the right tenants and Soho the right milieu.
Susan Penzner Real Estate brought Dean & Deluca to Broadway, put uptown furniture dealer DiLorenzo’s store 1950 into 12,000 square feet on Lafayette, and leased Miu Miu their boutique on Prince Street. She leased David Bouley his restaurant in Tribeca, put Guess Jeans into 7,500 square feet in Soho, and found Paul Smith a 4,200 square foot showroom for purchase. |
